CLEAR understandable refrences

Please provide a CLEAR reference/references of the character you wish to be drawn to the email [email protected] with your user name, the platform you have commissioned me on (Instagram, Toyhouse, etc) and how you wish to have your character drawn. Please include which YCH you have purchased or wish to commission within the email.
I accept US currency through PayPal ONLY. If you are sending money from another country please convert the correct amount of money that has been asked for . if you send the wrong amount and refuse to convert the correct amount I have the right to refuse your commission.

PROCESS

Please allow 1-3 months for completion of your artwork ! most works are finished within one week but as a full time mother time to complete your art varies through the day as hours are not set . If you wish to see your arts progress you may send a email to me asking about your artwork ! please send which item you are concerned about ( name of character , what ych you purchased etc. I am usually fairly quick about sending you progress images and am happy to comply changes within reason . If you choose to be rude or make ill comments and I have already started you are not entitled to a refund as I have already poured time into the piece and i will no longer continue business with you .please consider answering within a reasonable time if i ask a question about your commission. I love to keep contact with my clients ! however If I do not receive an answer for the commission within a reasonable time I will place your commission behind the next client and will continue until you answer the question .

refunds/cancellation policy

Once the artwork has been paid/ finished you do not have the right to cancel or ask for a refund.cancellations are not permitted once i have started or have revived a payment .If the money has not been received and you wish to cancel I can choose to cancel the commission and I can debate to work with you for future business.
I have the right to cancel/refund on my part at anytime. this is rare and will only come if i feel harassed or uncomfortable with working with you . I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

customer satisfaction

My goal for my customers is to own a piece of art that they are happy with along with the service I provide ! that being said i can only accomplish this when the artwork is clean and correct . If your reference is not clear and i have made a mistake due to the unclear reference and you ask for a change after the art is complete there will be a added charge .Any major changes such as pose,background , character will come with a extra charge.
small changes such as markings or peircings can be added for no extra charge after the art is complete.

charge backs

this will not be tolerated . if you decide to falsely charge me a refund without my knowledge or decide to take free art while filing a charge back , i have the right to use the artwork i have given you and resell the item if i choose. i will also place a beware on my social medias with your information prevent others from being scammed . i will block and report your user on whatever platform you decide to use. I have the right to file a complaint and rights to the money i worked for.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
Publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 50% FEE
